I have no skin in this game, having read through this thread again, 3 things are clear to me.
1: The casino designed a system that allowed players to profit if they acted rationally and efficiently. At any point in time it was in the casinos power to change the financial incentives offered to players, restricting the original poster's ability to profit from his activity. BC.game rewarded the op for his efforts.
2: The OP makes a number of objective factual points to support his position. Bc.game's response was disappointing making allegations and threats, based on subjective opinion but offered no explanation for their conflicting actions.
3: BC.game changed their TOS, then took $100k from the OP's account.
In my view BC.game have not clearly articulated why they have a right to take the money from the OP. There may be more to the issue that I'm not seeing. But on the surface it appears to me that the OP wasn't doing anything wrong as at no point did he misrepresent himself and everything paid to him was entirely at the discretion of BC.game.
Seizing a players money and justifying that action by pointing to a set of behaviours that they had encouraged looks suspiciously like entrapment.
Are there any other players who have had their money seized by bc.game for this reason?
