The only thing you are accomplishing by trying to keep this going is you're forcing us to legally protect ourselves with the resources we have at hand for doing so. The fact of the matter is, what you did in just about any country is considered theft by taking and this is exactly what we will pursue should this go any further. You knowingly exploited a system through the internet for monetary gain, this is the very definition of internet fraud. Not only this, but you set up a team to help with your scam, which makes this fall into racketeering laws. You've withdrawn upwards of $50,000 of funds that were gained in a fraudulent way, which is a hefty sum no matter how you look at it. Despite all of this, we've been very courteous and have done our best to help you understand how ridiculous it is that you are attempting to request for MORE fraudulently made funds to be available to you. I'm sorry, but this will not happen on any account. Not today, not tomorrow, not ever. No means no, and Im more than happy to tell you no at any of the other places you think you'll gain traction with this (you won't, its ridiculous). Lastly, I've noticed that you've not provided KYC documents at all. FYI, its about that time where you'll need to provide this documentation in order for us to even discuss any of this further with you. Our stance is firm on this, there is not a shadow of doubt in our decision which was solely based on the facts. And the facts are, you exploited a third party system, which resulted in you scamming for $50k profit that you withdrew. You employed accomplices to help carry out your scam, which shows that you had clear intentions of committing these fraudulent acts from the very start. Due to this, your account has been frozen and any funds left in the account(s) have been confiscated. We do have this listed in our terms of service, that we can ban at our discretion. You won’t find a casino that doesn’t have this clause. To be clear, it’s not there for us to make money or anything like that. Since casinos are constantly adding new games, providers, etc, there is a chance that unknown conflicts or bugs can arise. The only time we intervene is when we see that something like this which is clearly getting abused. If you had someone siphoning your business funds due to a loophole, would you just let them continue to do it? No, nobody would. Furthermore, if you checked and saw they were significantly up in profit due to this loophole they exploited, would you also let them withdraw additional funds? I think not. The actions that we took was merely what any casino would do out of common sense, I’m not sure where some of you guys are saying we “scammed” because of this. I guarantee you that you would be doing the same thing, if not trying to do a lot more. The facts are, this player deliberately attempted to exploit a loophole within a third party game provider in order to generate “winnings” from wager bonuses and the like. There wasnt a shadow of doubt based on the players betting history that this was their only intent, to try and make funds off this loophole. Being that these actions are clearly against our terms of service, we intervened to maintain self preservation just as any business would. Again, these procedures would have been taken at any casino. You are only kidding yourself if you think there is a single casino that would just let this continue or allow the player to withdraw more funds that were made in an unfair manner. At the end of the day, we’ve been very courteous and have kept everything private about this particular case for the players sake. Since they’ve come out publicly with their side of the story, it’s only right that we do the same. It’s quite appalling that this player continues to try and suck out as much as they can out of this even despite being caught. Hopefully this provides some clarity on the situation, as it was pretty cut and dry…there were no considerations to even make. To put cut and dry, this was bonus fraud, which is a form of theft. It should have been obvious to the player that conducting in such activities could result in the confiscation of funds. If you think it’s just us, free to try the same thing at any other casino and see what happens. If there’s something that you don’t agree what was just said, feel free to voice you’re opinion here and I’ll be sure to address it. This looks like a rounding issue within JS due to how far the decimal point is away from 0. Due to this reason, we use a specific library to correct this server-side. However we can’t do anything about code that’s being run client side. You can look up the various rounding issues on a search engine, there appears to be a few depending on the calculation.
