Suggestion for a complementary BCD unlocking process

So this suggestion aged pretty well. They seem to have listened and combined locked BCD and rakeback but without the perks. I just started a suggestion topic for how to improve this new updated Rakeback/Unlocking and I definitely think these suggestions should be added because they are good ones.
